Overview
At AHM Vending Supply, all parts are used, fully tested, and sold as-is. Our parts are not refurbished and carry no warranty. We test every item before shipping to ensure it is functioning at the time of sale, but because these are used components, we cannot guarantee any length of future operation once installed in your machine.
Because our inventory consists of unique, tested parts, our return and refund policy is limited and applies only in situations where an error was made by us.
Please read the policy below carefully before purchasing.
Non-returnable items
The following items are always non-returnable:

Items that were ordered incorrectly by the buyer (wrong model, wrong revision, incompatible machine, etc.).

Items that were modified, installed, opened, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Items returned without prior approval (unauthorized returns).
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
1. We shipped the wrong item
If you receive a different model, part number, or revision than what was listed on your order, we will accept a return. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Item arrived damaged in transit
If a part arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days with photos of:

Shipping box

Packing materials
-
The damaged item
This allows us to file a carrier claim and process your refund.
For all approved returns, the item must be returned in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Incorrect purchases made by the buyer

Compatibility issues
-
Parts that fail after installation
-
Parts that arrive in a different condition than shipped
All sales are final unless the error was ours.
Serial / Board / ID Tracking
To protect both parties, all parts are photographed and electronically logged before shipment.
This prevents “part swapping” and ensures the item returned is the same item originally sent.
“Same Condition” Requirement
Returned items must be:

Unmodified

Unopened
-
In the same physical condition as shipped

Free of installation marks, scratches, or damage
Items that show signs of installation or tampering will not be accepted.
Revision / Model Mismatch Disclaimer
Many vending machine boards, displays, coin mechs, validators, and control systems have multiple revisions that are not interchangeable.
The buyer is solely responsible for confirming:

Machine compatibility

Revision compatibility
-
Voltage / interface compatibility
We are always happy to help confirm compatibility before purchase, but AHM Vending Supply is not responsible for parts purchased for the wrong machine.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received an approved refund:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.

Next contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.
If you need an exchange due to seller error, contact us for approval.
Shipping Returns
To return your product (for approved cases only), you must mail your item to the address we provide when your RMA is issued.
Buyers are responsible for proper return packaging. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
